The draw will be conducted in accordance with the requirements specified in the electronic raffles section of the AGCO website and is approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Winners consent to the release of their names by the licensee. Specifically:

1. All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Ticket purchasers must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.

3. Tickets will be available for purchase online at sudburybetterbeginniingsbetterfutures.rafflenexus.com. There are no physical tickets for this draw.

4. Tickets will be priced as follows: 3 for $10.00, 10 for $20.00, 75 for $50.00, 200 for $100.00. Tickets sales will begin on –

5. Draw 2 takes place from November 1, 2024 to November 28 2024. The draw will take place on November 29, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

6. Draw 3 takes place from December 1, 2024 to December 30, 2024. The draw will take place on December 31, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

7. Draw 4 takes place from January 1, 2025 to January 30, 2025. The draw will take place on January 31, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

8. Draw 5 takes place from February 1, 2025 to February 27, 2025. The draw will take place on February 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

9. Draw 6 takes place from March 1, 2025 to March 30, 2025. The draw will take place on March 31, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

10. Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Raffle Nexus.

11. After buying tickets, patrons will receive a confirmation e-mail with their registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

12. A 50/50 draw is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity. The winning ticket will receive 50% of the gross proceeds. Net proceeds will go to Sudbury Better Beginnings Better Futures.

13. The winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.

14. The winner for the prize is responsible for collection of their prize.

15. The winners will be emailed automatically and will also be announced on social media and the raffle website.

16. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw.

17. In the event that no winner comes forward, the prize will be kept safe and held for 6 months. After that time, has elapsed the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by Sudbury Better Beginnings Better Futures with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

18. Sudbury Better Beginnings Better Futures 50/50 lottery tickets cannot be transferred or resold to another party.
